Hello,

Is it possible in the Helpdesk module (v13) to create a unique ticket numbering per Helpdesk team? 

We have different teams for support. So as an example for each question asked a unique ticket number is created like for customer service: #C00001, #C00002, and so on and for technical support: #T00001, #T00002, and so on.
