Hey Guys 


The CRM is marking all my emails as read in my Gmail. I would like it to only take a copy and not mark them all as read. Can anyone assist me with this please?

I currently have the incoming server setup as IMAP.

Go to: Settings ‣ Discuss ‣ Incoming Mail Servers.

Edit the IMAP Server Configuration.

Uncheck the option "Mark Emails as Read" (if available).

Alternatively, change the IMAP folder to a dedicated one (e.g., "CRM-Leads") to keep the Inbox untouched.

Save and Test the Connection.
