Recently I am facing issue regarding QWEB table header while having large data header overlap by content in second page.
I have used page-break-inside:avoid as per directed by wkhtmltopdf but not yet succeed.
Any help will be appreciated.

I think this issue related to the WKhtmltopdf version, the recommended one is 0.12.1
you can check your version with wkhtmltopdf -V
