Does exist any module to predict the production using the last weeks history ?

Let's imagine I am a baker. My vendors use POS to sell my products. We are monday.

I would like that OpenERP tell me how many breads I should produce using the last 8 mondays to make an average. Using this default value, I would be able to produce more or less depending on the special events of the day in my town.

Does exist a module which predict the next customer sale order that I could adapt ?
