We want to set up a new database on Odoo 13 Enterprise, with a multi-company setup where the two parent companies share contacts and a product catalog.

For the contacts, is it possible to set up in a way where during any contact exports->  the owner / assigned user of one company isn't able to export the contacts of another company unless the customer has made a purchase via both companies? - or the internal user has a specific access rights setup for the export of both.

So for example, if person A from company A run's an export, the export is only limited to contacts created by their company and contacts from company B who's made a purchase from them.

What's a good solution or approach to this?
