Odoo gives you the option to enable countries for carriers, but I'm looking for the opposite: allowing all countries and blocking only some. Is there an option to enable that? Thanks in advance.

Hola, estoy usando odoo 17 y necesito esa funcion, no quiero una lista blanca, si no una lista negra de paises a los que no envio
