How to Automatically Deduct Salary for Absent Days in Odoo 18 Payroll?

Hello Odoo Community,
I am using *Odoo 18* and working with the *Payroll + Time Off + Attendance modules*.
I want to *automatically deduct salary* for *Absent Days* in the employee's payslip.
