I own a restaurant and I have a classic receipt printer for my client's receipts but I also have a printer in my kitchen for my chef. I do not want him to see the drinks taken by the client's because it is useless information for him.

Odoo allows you to add a kitchen printer to print your orders in the kitchen. 
When I click on that printer, I have the possibility to selct the categories that will be printed on it. For example, if I only want the "Food" product category to be printed in my kitchen, I must only select it.
