Hi,
Odoo has built-in functionalities to link Helpdesk tickets with Maintenance requests. When you're viewing a Helpdesk ticket related to an equipment problem, you can find a "Repair" button. Clicking this button opens a form to create a new Maintenance Request. This new request will be linked to the original Helpdesk ticket, providing context and details for the maintenance team.

What about the maintenance app? Over here we're discussing the repair app but you also have a specific maintenance app in which we can assign equipment to employees e.g.
