Hi, I have a problem regarding with attendance. So, I'm planning to use a fingerprint reader as the attendance medium. But the problem is that how to calculate the attendance of a worker. For example, a worker works for 8 hours excluding 1hour break per day. If he works for less than 4hours per day then he is considered as not working for 1 day and if he works more than 8 hours then he gets overtime pay. Thank you

I'm sorry but your problem statement is that it is so mean in humanity. If worker work less than 4 hours he is consider working and u should pay him some.
