I have to manager a project during three years. I define all tasks but gantt view is difficult to read. Is it possible to compress view by year?

Try to install gantt_improvement from https://github.com/stephane-/Odoo-addons
In the gantt view click on Zoom-out and Zoom-In to navigate by Year, Month, Week, or Day.
I saw it but it is only for master branch. Is it avalaible for v7?
