Overall, the app is quite flexible, but we had to apply some customizations to comply with:

• Public procurement regulations (e.g., thresholds, tenders, multi-level approvals)
• More complex approval hierarchies
• Budget controls by project or department

Odoo can handle government workflows well, as long as you tailor it properly to their specific processes.
