Hi, I have an Epson Epson TM-T20III (012) printer it is connected to odoo. I already created the certificate, also the printer have the "epos printing" enabled, and same problem.
Also I followed all the steps on this guide https://www.odoo.com/documentation/16.0/applications/sales/point_of_sale/overview/epos_ssc.html and still not working.
Anyh help ? Any another way to solve it ?
