Hello, how can I create messages/phrases I can call back typing ":" in CRM o Sales conversation?

If I type ":" I only see the preset "Hello, how may I help you?"

I tried to create new presets in Livechat->Configuration->preset answer (there i found the answer Hello, how may I help you?) but it doesn't work in CRM or Sales...
