Hi,

We are using Odoo 13, with Multi-company (one Parent company and 4 child companies).

With POS installed, when working with any of the POS receipts, only the parent company logo appears on the receipt, even when working with one of the Sub-company POS.  The company text information is correct and different per pos receipt, but for some reason the company logo does not print anything but the parent company logo.

How can we ensure that the correct company's logo is on the receipt?  It doesn't make sense to have the parent company logo on a child company POS receipt.

Any ideas, guidance or suggestions are highly appreciated.

can you please check this after clear the browser history or check in incognito mode of browser.

Yes - this has been attempted, not only with a clear browser history, as well as in Incognito, but on other devices as well that have never logged in previously.

It seems it should be a standard feature, though we can't figure out why it isn't showing the correct company logo per sub-company.

Well - it is the default installation - we haven't customized or added anything to the base modules installed. Obviously, we've set the company data, logos and so forth... but otherwise, there isn't any specific changes to push through runbot.

make sure in users form view, proper company is set in the field "Default company".

Hi, yes - the company selected in the POS settings is the correct company, if this is what you are referring to.

Hi Mitul,

I have reviewed the link that you provided, and it appears your environment does exactly the same thing. If you look at the POS for your "child company", the logo on the POS receipt is for the Parent Company (Chicago in your case), and not the logo of the child company in your test model.
