i had subscribed odoo standard monthly on Sept 2 2023, using a credit card. the payment has been charged to my credit card successfully, but my subscription is still on hold until now. please kindly help. thank you

Then you can create a support ticket to Odoo. Make sure you are including the necessary details there.

Hello,

You can send an email to your Account Manager. Go to "My Account" and you will find the email address there. Attach the Payment receipt along with the email.

Or

You can create a support ticket in Odoo
