Delete and manage "followers"

Question

Hi, Im using Odoo Saas.

My employees have 500+ notifications on the Odoo app and I realized it is because they are added as followers to hundreds of records.
I found the option to manage the subscription of the user but ONLY to that SPECIFIC record.
It is very annoying and I am hoping there is a way to delete them as followers to all records at once. Also, I would like to know where this allocation as followers is coming from. How can I fix this?

Activate Developer mode.
Follower logic is defined at
Settings --> Technical --> Discuss --> Sub Types  Existing Followers can be managed in batch via
Settings --> Technical --> Discuss --> Followers
Review  https://www.odoo.com/documentation/master/applications/productivity/discuss/chatter.html [1] to ensure you understand how Follower logic works. In Odoo 19, external Contacts (Customers, Vendors, etc) are never added by Odoo as Followers - Users now have to do this manually.
