I am trying to work with Raspberry PI 2 Model B, for Odoo version -8 Point of sale application, I am using latest POSBOX image and nothing is working neither Printer, Barcode scanner, not pole display.
Can anyone suggest me how to work with it.

You might want to check the /var/log/odoo/odoo-server.log log to look for errors.
I too had problems with v13 of the posbox img. I went down to v12 and realized, that some things were not installed on the v13 image. Or if they were they had changed a lot to previous installations.

Have you set the POSBOX Ip in your Point of Sales Terminal setting? When you turn on your POSBOX, does your printer print out the POSBOX Status?
