Hi,
the Odoo compare Editions page indicates Timesheets App as being available to the CE. However, on my server, it does not have the activate button but only the upgrade button.
What am I missing here?

The Timesheets App is only available with the Enterprise edition.
What is available with the Community Edition is what we consider basic Time tracking, via the Task Logs module.
Clear the Apps filter and search for Time Tracking to find and install it:
