suppose that the stock of cushion and legs are Zero,

I want to auto update the stock when a MO is created 

(I know its not logic but in some case , there is a need to do it) 

is it possible at a simple way to add a button to update the stock with the requirement quantity ?

Not sure what exactly your question is. In the bill of material you can see the products required for manufacturing a product and also you can set the qty.

Suppose if you are going to produce a chair, in the bom of chair you can set products and qty as cushion 1 and legs 4.

And in mrp order when you choose this product, the raw materials will get filled by the products in the bom.
