I ve created a team with Sales for alias
I create opportunity, OK and give it to vendor ( me) with email@me@...
if i send a message , the customer receive it ,
but if he makes a reponse , this create a new opportunity !
i see the adress of team was used for response , so the systeme thinks it's a new one
