How can I configurate the helpdesk right? So when I have a ticket open in helpdesk and I write to the customer, the answer from the customer land in my ticket?

How can I configurate the system so, that the customer is answering the email he receive from the helpdesk is going to the same ticket ind the chatter at the bottom???????????????????????
