I have activate the Closure by customers check on the Team configuration and have two stages: closing process and solved.I have activated the Closure by customers check on the Team configuration and have two folded stages: closing process and solved. Is there a way to determine which of the two stages the ticket moves to when closed by the client? Since it is automatically sent to the stage that is found first and I would like it to be sent to solved instead of the closing process
