Hi comunity, 

we found it very hard to be able to notice OLD tickets, if client replied /reopened his ticket after some time. Is there a way to highlich all the emails, which received new email from client and are UNREAD?chatter notification is not enough, might be overseen very easyly...
Any ideas?
