If I want my vendor invoices automatically in Odoo I have to do them through the email address vendor-bills@******.odoo.com.

Can I change this address and how?

sorry I could not reply directly but sometimes I get an error message when I want to reply to a post :(


I was able to change the email address, but now when I send a mail to that address with an invoice in pdf it is not automatically put in Odoo.

Do I need to set something else then?

Yes you can change vendor invoice email address in Odoo 18.0.Let me explain how to change the vendor invoice email address in Odoo 18.0.

Activate developer mode

Go to Settings > Technical > Email > Aliases Domains

Change  the email address for vendor bill


Go to Settings > Technical > Email > Aliases

Now choose Vendor bill

Now choose email address and save it

Hi Jacobs Geert,

Yes, you can change that alias domain from the settings.

  • Follow the below steps
  • Activate Developer Mode Activate Developer Mode 
  •  Go to General Settings --> Technical --> Email --> Alias Domains
  • Change/Rename that alias domain and verify it after that.
