The Date (02/28/2025) you've entered isn't aligned with the existing sequence number (MISC/2025/09/0002). Clear the sequence number to proceed. To maintain date-based sequences, select entries and use the resequence option from the actions menu, available in developer mode.

The error occurs because the journal entry date (02/28/2025) doesn’t match its sequence number (MISC/2025/09/0002), which belongs to September 2025. To fix this, you can either clear the sequence number so Odoo regenerates the correct one for February, use the Resequence option in developer mode to realign numbering with dates, or adjust the entry date if it was entered incorrectly. This ensures sequences stay consistent with accounting dates.

Your entry is in February, so needs to have a sequence number like MISC/2025/02/xxxxx
Do what the error suggests and Odoo will reassign the correct sequence number, or manually edit it to have "02" instead of "09"
