Hello, On my report are more than 20 pages. I have installed on ubuntu 14.10 a wkhtmltopdf 0.12.1 (with patched qt) and when i genearete the report the first page and tha last 5 pages are the unique that have header and footer.
Can someone say me why this happen?`
