I submitted a free domain request and got the confirmation email on May 5. It is now May 18 and I have not received anything else. Does it usually take this long or should I contact Odoo?

Yes it can take this long, sometimes longer.

It usually doesn't take that much time. I think you should contact Odoo for updates regarding this.

Free domain where you requested? Are you trying Odoo.sh custom domains?
