If I have workers in the field that lose their connection, can they still access Odoo?

Field Services does not work offline.
This would require major architectural changes that we have no current plans for.
The Awesome Timesheets app does work offline, so field workers can still log time against their assigned Task and this is synched when a connection becomes available.
