I need to get some apps for the community edition, the apps I need say UPDATE and if I click on it send me to the odoo web site.
Can I buy those apps and installed on my odoo community edition?

Yes, you can purchase the third-party application and install it on your instance.

Please ensure that the application supports the community edition and is compatible with version 16.
