Helo: I have a bug with time tracking. The fast and easy way of the time tracking is to do this in the timesheet of every employee, by adding a new analytic account, and then typing the number of hours. Everything works fine, the program calculates the hours . The problem is that the costs of this hours does not appears in the costs and revenues table, although I have associated the employee with a product. The curious thing is that if the time track is realized by creating a new activities, in the timesheet activities tab, the costs of the hours do appear. But this is a very slower way to do the time tracking, I can´t make it for every employee.. there are around 1500 monthly. Any idea? PS: still having the problem with the time tracking from tasks.
