In a freshly new created database, I installed a module named "analytic"

Such module defines, among other things, some actions

No menu item calls any of these actions, so in _my_ module, I'm trying to define a menu item that calls one of these actions defined by "analytic"

Specifically, the one that is supposed to open a tree view of the Analytic Accounts

In the code it's defined as follows

Analytic Accounts
ir.actions.act_window
account.analytic.account

{'search_default_active':1}
tree,kanban,form

Add a new analytic account

In the settings -> Techical -> Actions view, I search "analytic" and the actions defined by the analytic module come up

among them, the above shown action

but if I see its metadata (from the "bug" menu) I find its xml id is "/"

How/why is that ?

Hi,

If an action is created from the user interface or from python code, it will not have an external ID. Can you see how this action get created ?

Thanks
