What information is added to a ticket once it matches an SLA policy?

Initially, I selected "A deadline" as a Tag isn't added, however, the system want the first one  "A tag and deadline, which are based on the date and hour of the ticket's creation." which is wrong.

The right answer is "A tag and deadline, which is based on the date and hour of the ticket's creation".

As you can see in the video, once a ticket matches the conditions of an SLA policy, a tag with the SLA's name and a deadline field are shown in the ticket (:
