Kuwait Protocol implemented the Odoo ERP system (version 17 Enterprise Edition) for Future Core, conducting a full system study, installation, implementation, training, and project sign-off.

The system features a multi-company setup, covering key business functions such as purchases, inventory, CRM, sales, and point of sale (POS). We also integrated accounting and HR & payroll, ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor laws. The system includes an approval workflow and seamless e-commerce integration to support their online platform. User dashboards and MIS reports were implemented, providing real-time insights and enhancing operational efficiency across all business areas.
