I have the same item that is measured by the number of rolls and corresponding kg in each roll, example: total kg 100, in 5 rolls of 20, 21, 19, 20.5, 19.5

Create a New Category under that create Kg and unit
Kg as reference unit of measure and roll as smaller i think
Just try this way you get a grip
