Point of Sale, block waiters from printng the ticket and opening the cashdrawer

Salam,

We are using the point of sale odoo module with a restaurant and one of their needs is that waiters should not be allowed to get the payment, print the ticket and open the cashdrawer, it shall be the role of the main user (responsible of the cashier).

The waiters are using Android Tablets, get the command from clients, and send them to the kitchen printer directly, they shoud not have to deal with the payment neither with the cashdrawer.

Is this possible with the actual POS module, or

If so, how could we proceed, by creating our own Web/Module inheriting from restaurant or from point_of_sale module ?
