Hi all,


I have a 2-step manufacturing process and as soon as I validate and mark the MO as done, the process shows 2 entries in the update quantities of the manufactured product: one +10 in Stock and the second is -10 in Stock/Production. In such way the overall new added number of products is not +10 but 0. It seems that the system doesnt generate new products, because I would expect that Stock/Production had in one moment +10 and then they were moved to Stock and Stock/Production has 0 after the manufacturing process. Is there anything I am missing when closing the MO?

Can you show the details of the stock movements? The minus posting should be the components.
And what is the default location i the Manufatcuring operation for source and destination.

Hi, unfortunatelly I am not able to post the photos since I lack karma points.

However I will try to explain in words.

1. in the Inventory section of the product, the chosen route is Manufacture.

2. The route Manufacture has an action Manufacture which has Action: "Internal Stock: Manufacture". Source Location is empty, Destination is Stock.

3. Internal Stock: Manufacture is defined in operations as to have default source and destination set to Stock.


Whenever I produce something the Stock/Production goes negative. I cant also seem to be able to find where it was produced if not there.
