I have installed Indian Accounting module and configured it well. I did not find any option to print Journal Voucher to get it signed for documentation. Please help.

you can use CTRL +P in the browse, is the rapid solution instead of creating a report
Odoo India team is working on it to improve the printing of the voucher you can use https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-india/openerp-india/7.0-l10n_in_account_voucher till the module is available under the Master and SaaS versions. Get the module http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp-india/openerp-india/7.0-l10n_in_account_voucher/files/head:/l10n_in_account_voucher/ to have a better printing of vouchers and email templates to send receipt directly as an email attachments.

In my knowledge no default report for Journal vouchers.. I made a similar report. If u need send ur E-mail id.
