Dymo labelwriter 550 turbo

Question

Hi everyone,
im looking to set up a dymo labelprinter in Odoo, the problem is that everytime i want to print the label it doenst come out in the correct way.
Are there any settings i need to set up before printing?
this is what i need to print.

And this is what i got...

Can anybody tell me what im doing wrong haha.
The size of the labels are, 32mm x 57mm

Thanks for your fast answer, did find out how i can make it work :)
You just go to settings enable developer mode and then choose paperformat.
Hope this will help anyone whit the same issue i had.

Hi Tourija,

It seems that your printer rotates a label by 90 degrees. Try to check the printer settings for it.

If you need a solution to design and create labels in Odoo, you could take a look at this app - Odoo Product Label Builder [1] . It allows creating product labels with your required sizes and designing them by Odoo UI. Additionally, it provides a feature to print labels without downloading.
