If phone call comes in, you only hear the "ring" on the headphones. NOT on the computer or the charging station of the headphone.
Actually on Microsoft Teams it works different.
If somebody calls, the computer or docking station rings.
If I pick up, I can hear the caller on the headphones.
or the incoming call alert
