Friends, I need to make the CRM present the Lead's visits to the website and points for him.


Like other CRMs that monitor or even Mautic tracks leads giving it points for each site access, unique pages and email openings.


Thus generating more data for sellers in the CRM.


Can we do this with Odoo?

We use mail alias for such goals.

When a new request was submitted then Odoo receives the message on <mail-alias>. Odoo creates new lead/opportunity automatically.
