التحدي: واجهت شركة ألف خطوة الرياضي، المتخصصة في تقديم خدمات رياضية متنوعة، صعوبة في إدارة الاشتراكات المتعددة، تنظيم الفعاليات المختلفة، وتتبع المخزون من المعدات والملابس الرياضية بشكل فعال باستخدام أنظمة منفصلة.الحل: قامت مؤسسة نايف أبا الخيل بتنفيذ حل Odoo ERP شامل لشركة ألف خطوة الرياضي، يضم وحدات إدارة الاشتراكات (Subscription)، إدارة الفعاليات (Event)، ونظام إدارة المخزون (Inventory) ونقاط البيع (POS). تم ربط هذه الوحدات بسلاسة لضمان تدفق البيانات بكفاءة.
النتائج:
إدارة مبسطة للاشتراكات: أصبح تجديد الاشتراكات وتتبعها أكثر سهولة، مما قلل من الأخطاء الإدارية وحسن تجربة المشتركين.
تنظيم فعال للفعاليات: ساهم نظام Odoo في تسهيل عملية التخطيط والتسويق للفعاليات الرياضية، بالإضافة إلى إدارة الحضور والتسجيل.
