Inherit the view definition and remove the fields you dont' require and see the changes
Hi,
You can do it by inheriting the crm_lead module and make user_id as False in defaults.
class crm_lead(osv.osv):
_inherit = "crm.lead"
_defaults = {
'user_id': False,
}
