Hello all,
Check the requirement date on the Delivery created from the sales order. If the manufacturing order is late according to the delivery date, it might pop up with new requirement.
If your Manufacturing time is 120 days, your sales (customer lead time) must be more than 120 days. It is the customer lead time that set the requirement date on the delivery
You can also see what and why if you open the Forecast report on the product.

Hello Lars Aam,
thanks for the reply. I checked that and yes our MFG lead time is higher than customer lead time(we haven't set up these at all). The reason behind this is to plan the production within the span of 4 months in advance. With reduced lead time, we might not be able to plan the production until the date comes and then it will show up in replenishment so is there any way to get around with this and plan the production ahead in time? I also could not find any way to locate the "Just In Time" settings, if you know where it is in the Odoo 16 would be really helpful!
Thanks again!
