Leave days based on seniority - Time off

Question

Hello everyone. In Odoo 18, how can I set up time off for employees based on their tenure? For example, every 5 years of service, increase the time off for employees by 1 day.

Hi,

By using 'Accural Plans', we can set up the time off for the employees based on their tenure.

We can set or edit the rules for the accrual plan by clicking on the rule.

You can set your on rule for the plans.
