I can't move my enterprise subscription to odoo.sh

Question

We have all set up for odoo.sh. We have a repository, we have the backups, both are V15, odoo.sh workers, etc. are licensed.
Now, if I disconnect the enterprise database and create my project, I can't make it connect to the subscription, nor to the URL we use d with the enterprise version.
Did anyone go through that process and knows what I  have to do?

Thank you. I already followed all the steps, at least I think so. Still, I can't reuse my old (and only acceptable) subdomain to odoo.com with a project since it is taken by the online subscription.

There must be a way to do that, right?

Here you are the steps to move from Odoo Online to odoo.sh

Change hosting solution — Odoo 15.0 documentation [1]

You need to import your backup to odoo.sh
