Is this feature available in Odoo v18?

I would like to manage Cash Basis Accounting Reports, but not through the Cash Basis method under Tax settings.

In other words, I need to generate accounting reports based on actual cash transactions (receipts/payments) — without linking the process to tax configuration.

Can anyone please guide me on how to achieve this or if there’s an alternative setup available in Odoo v18?
