Perhaps I misunderstood, but shouldn't the relay address of the IOT Box ( 192-168-1-191.XXXXXXX.odoo-iot.com ) be accessible from outside the network in which the box is installed if the user is logged into Odoo? Currently this does not work on my box, I tried re-flashing and re-pairing multiple times. The certificate looks ok. What else to do to fix it? Thank you.


When trying to print a test page from Odoo Online I get this error:


"Failed to reach the IoT Box for device: XXX"


This is what I see in the IOT Box logs, not sure if relevant to the issue:
