I organized some employee tags in the structure parent/child categoriy - e.g. electrician/industry or electrician/mechatronic.

If i search hr employees by tags, search works only for the category. This means i can search for industry or mechatronic - but not for parent category "electrician". I would search for all parent tags electrician first and after that for e.g. mechatronic.

Is this possible? I guess i have to modify the employee search view?
