Hi Paresh, I’ve enabled the global discounts in the POS settings, but when I open a session, the "Discount" button does not appear. I can only see the "% Disc" button, which applies to individual order items. Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Hi Graeme: AFAIK, that's all there is to it. If you have multiple POS, make sure it is enabled on the POS you are logged into. I am adding a screenshot from the demo system which is on 17.4EE. The "Discount" button is visible when "Global Discounts" is enabled.

I realised what the problem was. The [DISC] Discount product had been archived. Once I unarchived it, everything was okay.
